Questions about the closing sale
Is the shop really closing?
Yes. After losing my husband, I have decided to close the shop. This sale is for the stock we have left, and nothing new will be added.
Will my order still be delivered?
Yes. Every order placed during the clearance is packed and shipped as usual, free across the US and fully tracked. Your tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.
How do the styles fit?
Our winter styles fit true to size, so order the size you usually wear. They're cut to be easy to wear, with enough length to cover the tummy and a shape that flatters. Every style has a size guide in its size selection, and if you're between sizes, email us your measurements and we'll help you choose.
Can I still return an item?
Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the email address used at checkout, and we'll arrange your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
How do the extra discounts work?
Add two or more eligible pieces to your cart and the extra discount is applied automatically at checkout. No code is needed.
