Is it genuine leather, made by hand?
Yes. Every bag is genuine leather, made by hand using traditional Florentine techniques, not in a factory. Each bag’s page lists its own construction details, such as stitches per inch, edge finishing and hardware.
Will the bag suit my everyday needs?
The line under each bag’s name says what it’s best for, and you can swipe its photos on the card. Open a bag to see all of its photos and its full description: closure, compartments and pockets, strap, and measurements where listed.
Why are the prices so low?
It’s Nonna’s retirement closing sale, and every bag in the collection is reduced. The price shown is exactly what you pay at checkout, with no code to enter. The crossed-out price is that bag’s price before the sale.

A few simple habits keep any bag looking its best:
- Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from radiators or heaters.
- Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. If it gets wet, let it dry naturally at room temperature.
- When you’re not using it, fill it loosely with paper and store it upright somewhere airy.
Check each bag’s page for any care notes specific to that bag.
Will these bags be restocked?
No. Once a bag sells out, it won’t be remade.
What happens after Nonna retires?
Is there a saving on more than one bag?
Yes, as an optional extra. One bag is all you need, at its current sale price. If you choose more, an extra saving comes off your bags automatically at checkout, with no code needed:
- 2 bags: extra 10% off
- 3 bags: extra 15% off
- 4 or more bags: extra 20% off
Only the highest saving you qualify for applies, so the savings never stack. Wallets don’t count towards the number of bags.
